They delivered the wrong chair. It was a mix-up in the way the order was written. My biggest complaint is it took a really long time to get the chair that was ordered (about 3 months) and because I didn't want to wait for the correct chair to be ordered I settled for a chair that wasn't exactly what I wanted and they only gave me less than a 10% discount on a floor model.
