What an experience I had with Rene Isip dealership! During this trip and two car purchases later over a two month period, I was sick to learn that Rene Isip sold the dealership and I ended up with the car from HELL. The original sales manager I had been dealing with was fired and I did not know who to turn to. I made an appointment with the new owner's General Manager, Jack Brennan and Service Manager, Chris Brown. Was I ever pleasantly surprised that they were willing to listen to my story. Jack and his entire team that he was building all worked together to make it a much better experience. I was actually dealing with honest and fair people. They understood I was not happy with my transactions. They went above and beyond to make it right for me and now I love my new car and couldn't be happier. I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends and family and feel confident they will be taken care of and will not feel the agony of buying a new car.
