I took a Accord there for an inspection and repair the power window buttons. They could not replace the buttons. They had to replace the whole unit for $500 bucks. I asked them to check the whole car (fluids, belts, tires) because the car had been sitting for a while. I specifically asked that they check the tires because the indicator light was on. When they delivered it the light was still on. A service tech said to drive it and it would go out. It didn't. When I took it back, they had to find a manager to get permission to to check the air in the tires. I don't know if they checked all of the tires are or stopped when the light went out. When I went to use my washer fluid over the weekend, it was dry. Both of these items had been marked off as "checked". I spoke to the manager stating I had lost trust in their shop and unless I needed Honda specific parts, I would be taking my business elsewhere. He gave me his card and said I should call him and he would assure my vehicle was properly repaired. If they don't do the little things, how do I know if they checked everything they said they did?
