Best car purchase experience ever. My last CRV was stolen, and I loved it, so wanted another CRV. I was looking online for a couple weeks for a preowned CRV with my mileage and price match and found one early Saturday morning on the Beaverton Honda website. I was able to chat with Jeremy before the dealership opened, and he checked availability and set me up with an appointment with Robert Nathan, who had the car pulled out and was waiting for me outside when I got there. After a test drive, Robert worked with me the whole time to get through the purchase, doing all the running around with the finance folks and answering all my questions. Loved the one-person model, and felt well taken care of. After the first financing offer, which I was ok with, they found me an even better rate and offered it. And because I came in a rental, Robert followed me home so I could drop it off and drive away in my new CRV. Two hours total from pulling up to driving off.
Seriously great experience.
