I had an issue w a DIY faucet replacement and contacted Gillece. Plumber Dave Luton arrived to review the situation and provided me with several options to move forward. As I had the project started, I requested possibly receiving an adjusted cost to complete everything. Dave was very courteous and contacted his boss in an effort to help me out, and was able to work with me thru his boss to come up with an agreeable price. All the work was completed in a timely manner and cleaned up when the job was completed. He is very personable and was attentive to my requests, which helped in completing a project that needed quick resolution.
