We had our ups and downs. I expected a more intimate relationship than I received. I was very hesitant to take this step and wanted someone there to hold my hand 24/7. I know now that my expectations were not reasonable. They always got back to me but not as promptly as I wanted. Also , you don t get the same representative each time. I wanted only one representative throughout each contact. Overall I believe that Americor is an aboveboard company. Recommend being proactive and question any phase of your contract you don t feel comfortable with or don t understand. It will save a lot of grief.
