Not qualified and rip you off big time! We moved into our new house and had them over to do some plumbing work. Our hot water took awhile to come through. They advised that it was the water heater unit immediately and needs replacement. They got a quote for me right away at a ridiculous price. They were so hard sell and asked me to go ahead and replace it immediately. I got another quote later from a different and more honest supplier. He advised that it was only a small part which requires replacement. I saved over thousands of dollars!!! Consider twice before calling them.
