I sent Byrne Ford a message on a Friday night enquiring about a new Escape Trend I had seen advertised on the internet. I received a phone call from Martin first thing Saturday morning asking how he could assist me? He gave me lots of information on the car I was enquiring about plus gave me some other options and models to consider. Not once was he pushy and trying to get a sale straight away, I never once felt pressured. We had a car to trade in but lived 4 and a half hours from Brisbane, no problem said Martin, just take some photo's and email them through and I'll get a valuation done. We decided to go ahead with a demonstrator Escape Trend AWD diesel and Martin put us on to Benny from Finance who gave us an unbelievable finance package. Next we had a call from the lovely Selina the after care consultant who suggested (only suggested what she felt would benefit us after asking a series of questions about our lifestyle etc) some after care products. Selina absolutely went above and beyond in assisting us and assuring us that our car would be in as new condition as possible when we collected the vehicle. She took photo's for us of the car and pointed out any little imperfections on the paint work and liaised with the Pre Delivery Manager to ensure we were happy with the final product, which we absolutely were, the Pre Delivery Department did an awesome job. All in all I could not fault the service from Byrne Ford, they treated us as if we were purchasing their most expensive top of the line Mustang! They were always available by phone and email and were very prompt in their replies. I would have no hesitation in buying from Byrne Ford again and also would recommend them to all our family and friends.
