The Tavern is located on the river and is a fairly new building. Check in was a little confusing as it is through the sports bar. Once they found our booking we were taken to our room which was basic, but had everything you need. Everything was clean and fresh. The bed was a little soft but was slept well. Main downside is there is no lift so need to carry everything the stairs. We would most likely stay again if just a night, but not really suitable for a family stay. There wasn't any notice we heard from the bar so that was good.
