This is our second stay in this hotel. Last time we experience some service issues, but decided to overlook it because we liked the spaciousness of the room and the access to bikes, which we used frequently on the last trip. Though it was always a crapshoot as to whether someone would be there to rent them to us, and that caused some consternation.

This trip we were supposedly upgraded to a Villa, which upon inspection seem like a downgrade from the room we had originally booked. The room was smaller, on a road, wasn't really as clean as we would like. The bathroom fixtures were dusty, the duvet was dirty, the windows were dirty, and there were cracks in the vanity sink (a big chunk of it missing and rebar showing through). Since our arrival there has been a piece of furniture sitting on its side outside at the entry. Plus room service glasses that sat outside for more than 24 hours after our neighbor put them outside - and long after the room had even serviced for the next guest, who also remarked on the mess outside his even more expensive, larger suite.
