I want to extend my sincere appreciation and gratitude to Mary and Kendra for their exceptional customer service. Mary spent a lot of time explaining the debit card process; helped me understand the debt insurance criteria; and answered many other questions. Kendra also provided additional information with auto pay to another company and valuable insight as to the daily limited use of the debit card. They both exhibited the core values of desire to serve their customer; ability to perform their tasks/job exceptionally well; and the perseverance to ensure customer satisfaction. Mary and Kendra are both awesome customer service/care personnel who are shining examples for other team members to follow. They are outstanding personnel who have the patience, pride, and exemplary professionalism to be the cornerstones for Eagle Federal Credit Union.
