I just want to make you aware I have been a maintenance manager for over 10 years and never in my career have came across a company like this.
How they are still operating is completely beyond belief!
I have been trying to get a microwave in my kitchen sorted from the very start of February ....it is now April. The microwave isn t even a year old.
Last minute cancellation after cancellation of engineer visits. When I say last minute I mean less than an hour before the engineer is meant to start. I have changed shifts several times and even taken days off work unpaid to suit them, Im a key working during the present situation, where again I had to change my shifts for today, to be told 40mins before appointment it s been cancelled again.
Where is the customer service? It s either non existent or they all need sacked and replaced with competent workers.
I will be contacting trading standards to report this company, and will also be taking legal action as soon as possible to seek full compensation for my time wasted and work I have missed out on because of them.
Terrible company, terrible customer service!
