I definitely do not recommend this company. Line quality was extremely poor. Customer service was extremely poor. They were completely uninterested in supporting their service. The staff did not return calls more than once or help with service or billing issues when asked. I dropped them due to poor service.

Further, to follow-up on this matter. I would again have to say this company is disorganized and unprofessional. I had a billing dispute with the company over poor service and they refused to address it at the time. They instead turned the matter over for collection. I paid them the balance they demanded to avoid a negative credit event. I now have looked earlier today and my credit reports show that I am in collection for the amount I paid over two years after the fact. I again cannot stress enough to avoid this company.

When it s working it works great, sadly after many hours on the phone and countless other upgrades attempted on our party this company can not maintain a connection. During peak hours this company provides .2 mps download. While stating it is up to 10 MPs . Very sad in performance

Horrible overpriced internet. canceled service in october and there still trying to bill us. Avoid aero at all cost. If you could give zero stars i would.
