Purchased a sit-stand desk, but unfortunately the desk top was severely damaged when I opened up the box. That was the bad news. The good news was that the customer service rep, Abby got my new desk top ordered and on its way the same day. Excellent service.

A shipping problem does not reflect the quality of the company, but how they handle it certainly does.
