Bot/Scam. Person calls and said nothing. They keep harrassing me with daily calls. I call back and they put me on hold and never answer. Block the #!

Any high review of this company is from a 'paid reviewer' trying to give the company a reputation bump for a fee.

Also, a bit of advice - NEVER pay a collection and always contest it with credit bureaus. I've had collection letters sent to me that were intended for someone with my same name two cities away. That debt was removed from my report. Paying a collection for yourself (or somone else to make collections go away) does not benefit your credit score at all.
