I chose Synergy for my remodel because from the outset it was clear they were organized, detail oriented and had great project management processes and tools so we could communicate easily and see progress along the way. I didn't want to have to manage any part of the process and I had every confidence they would be easy to work with and would deliver on-time and on-budget. I also saw the quality of their work firsthand in a friend's home so I knew they would deliver a beautiful remodel. Synergy was able to work with my ideas while also providing realism and a beautiful design in line with my budget.

Despite taking place against the backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic, Synergy stayed on schedule and even got ahead of it. Our Lead Carpenter was a rock star. He was organized, respectful and considerate of our home and our family. There was very little disruption to us. At the end of the process, I wasn't surprised but everyone else was that Synergy kept (and beat) the timeline. A lot of people said beforehand all remodels ran over the estimated time, to which I said, "You haven't seen their project plan!". I had total confidence in the timeline and my expectations were not only met but exceeded. Not even a pandemic stopped Synergy. We love our new spaces and enjoyed working with the entire Synergy team.
