Absolute pathetic service. Had to take my own luggage in and out with a 3 year old. Staff don't answer the phones even when quiet. Brandon at 5.30am refused to assist, despite putting in a request night before that someone can help during check out. Those travelling from Australia service at a motel or BB would be better
