Bad hotel, soaps and towels are not changed. There has been a recent water leak from the corridor pipes. The water remained down 3 days and the corridor is still invariable, given the stench of rot. Breakfast is at the price of a sheikh, 20 euros a coffee and a dry and empty brioches. At the reception they were very offensive to my grandmother given the difficulties of articulation. The electronic sliding door locks and I had to stay 15 minutes on a bench in the cold to wait. Absolutely out of town, 1 km from the metro, then 7 stops to get to central Amsterdam. Very inconvenient, I don't list all the defects or end up next Christmas. The most serious thing that happened to me in this hotel was the sandwich expired 1 month before I kept it in the fridge, which among other things I paid 2.99 !! a sandwich expired 2.99? I was terrible and for not going to the hospital the reception offered me 250 euros in cash. No bullshit. I say this for you. The hotel is worth half a star, because the mattress is comfortable. Fries + water = 7.99
