It is the worst in my life time. Most of crews do not understand what guests are saying, asking and requesting and cannot say even sorry upon their faults and mistakes. Excretion in a pool and at another poolside. We asked them to clean up twice, but none showed up for 10 mins. Room s door-lock was out of battery and we couldn t get inside for 20 mins. The crew didn t say sorry . We talked her we felt very uncomfortable on her attitude, and she said I opened this door for you . What? Foods are not good and restaurants are full of mosquitos. Before coming here, we stayed in Marriott Phuket, which is a lot better than Hilton Karon. Marriot is 5-star and this Hilton should be 1-star. It is pretty awful because I shall stay here for one more night.
