I got a vehicle from Trend financial. Less than 7 days there was a noise in the engine, the door was making noise, there was a noise in the wheel, the seat was so uncomfortable that I was having so much back pain, the vehicle slows down when I am in the intersection making a left turn or sometime driving it just slows down. I reached out to Daniel who I dealt with the financing at trend, he said I have to deal with customer service he can't do anything. After a bit of phoning back and forth I was sent to a mechanic outside of trend financial who said he could not find anything wrong. The back and forth with this company was horrible. They finally had me bring the vehicle to trends mechanic at the office on disco Rd. The mechanic said he fix the noise and turn off the light that came on. Threes weeks after, the light was back on again and the noise was back and every turn the vehicle slows down. I contacted Daniel again letting him know I want to return the vehicle. He said he cant do anything to contact customer service. Customer service don't want to take back the vehicle. They want to contact my warranty and tells me the safety is up and they can't do anything even though this vehicle was a problem from the beginning. They said if I tried to return the vehicle it will cost me and affect my credit. They said I could try to trade in. Really? After they give me a bad vehicle I did not even have for two months yet. This company is not a good company. They rip people off. Stay away from Trend Financial. If you don't want a problem vehicle and be paying monthly for a vehicle they refuse to take back or fix, stay away from them and people like them and go to a good company. This was my greatest mistake. This company prey on people who's credit is not that great and then they try to damage your credit in the process when The Vehicle They Sell You Don't Work. They sell you damage vehicles that they tell you they fix but they did not fix. The person I talk with in customer service which I will not mention by name right now was awful. Overall their customer service suck.
