Erick Olivar is a well mannered professional. He took time to explain the equipment. He did his best to correct and corrected the issues the other tech was not able to resolve. He saw our anxiety because we are not computer savvy so he reassured us we could contact him if we had any questions. Because he took the time to review the home security assessment he preformed we went ahead and ordered extra security devices.
