I'd give them zero stars if I could.I went to monthly deduction from checking acct. when my policy renewed in Aug and the Aug deduction was made with no problems.Then in Sep. AAA deducts the remainder of the policy, 1113.02 instead of 236.50 which is the correct amt. I have been left with 10 bucks in my checking and waiting for AAA to return the amount I did not authorize. Unacceptable!
