Porchlight did an excellent job, not once, but 3 times in the last year representing us. From initial discussions, comps, contracts, showings, inspections, negotiations to closing the entire experience was excellent X3. Stephen Taylor (no relation) represented us in 2 home sales and 1 purchase over the last year! At all times, he was professional, knowledgeable and over the top supportive and reliable. I travel domestic and international often, and Stephen kept us informed, negotiated fairly and set up several contractors to estimate and/or perform repairs.
