We stopped by on a Sunday without an appointment because my smart keys were both intermittently not working. The fact that the parts dept is open on a Sunday was exciting enough, but then, they replaced the batteries in both keys for free, had muffins and tea/coffee available, and even a bowl of water for the dogs! The place is clean, girls at the front desk were friendly and the guy at the parts desk was helpful and efficient. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
