I have been a member since 2016, but now I am a member as a Silver Sneaker (retiree). I like the aquatics classes...the workout in the pool really helps me for joint soreness compared to (land) floor exercises or weights. The instructors (Denise) is phenomenal...she is very creative with aqua aerobics using innovative foam weights. I attend aqua aerobics 3 times a week and I enjoy racquetball and yoga!
