I applied for a few tonnes of loan and it was granted on the basis of my information. However, pay slips were requested before the loan was paid. I sent them as attachments electronically. The attachments on my cellphone were clear to me. According to customer service, the attachments were sick.
I asked to receive attachments by paper mail.
This was not possible according to customer service.
And then again I sent the attachments digitally. Again unclear. Now customer service told me that attachments can be sent by paper mail.
Before the attachments had even reached the end of their journey, an email came to the effect that the loan would not be granted. No specific reason was given to reverse the original loan promise. Many weeks went by.
Take a trip around Santander because there are other lenders. Waste of time!
