Was not happy when going in room not cleaned came ...

Was not happy when going in room not cleaned came 4hrs to get to the hotel made reservations one week a head of time did not get the room we were supposed to get had poo in the toilet when my wife had to go to bath room pool was not for kids was vary deep not happy
