Edit: I am adding a star because they finally fixed their mistake. This company would prefer I remove my review, but I can't in good conscience do that. As I said before the people you talk to on the phone are very polite. They never had a bad attitude, but that doesn't make up for the fact that it took me leaving a bad review to get my situation resolved. To me that says this company cares about their public image before good service. Obviously I still have my warranty and it has a couple more years on it. If I receive better service in the future I will consider changing my review, but until then I advise potential buyers to be wary. Some people seem to have great experiences with this company while others are stuck in situations like mine or even worse.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Find another warranty company or just pay for the work done on your car yourself, since that is exactly what this company has made me do. I had work done on my car over a month ago. I used my warranty for the first time and the company gave my garage the run around for over a half hour. I ended up having to pay for the work to get done myself and wait for the company to refund me for the work they were supposed to pay for. Two weeks later I get a check that is missing a $100 worth of work that they were supposed to pay for because the company misfiled my paperwork claiming I have a $100 deductible that I don't have. I sent in proof that I don't have a deductible and had to call the company multiple times to find out if they were fixing their mistake. I finally received an answer that they had fixed my paperwork, but now it has been weeks since I was told I was being refunded my money and still nothing. Now this company isn't answering any of my calls. I have even gone so far as calling the dealership I bought my car and my warranty from and he has contacted the company to get this situation fixed. Unfortunately nothing has been changed and I am still being ignored.
Overall, communication is terrible. They never call you back, never update you on anything, and leave you with a false sense of reassurance every time you finish talking to someone. I genuinely hate getting short with people. I always try to be understanding that there are things I'm probably not seeing behind the scenes, but this service has just been terrible. People are polite, but clearly aren't getting their jobs done. You'd be better off paying for the work to be done on your car yourself than dealing with the headache this company will give you.
