Its been 14 days and I have no yet received my ref...

Its been 14 days and I have no yet received my refund! I ordered my phone over a month ago, it arrived damaged, I then returned my phone and they did not tell me they received it. I then asked for a refund which they said it would be with me in 10-14days, I still have no refund! Please use your money else where as they are a scam

They never answer the phone and never reply to emails, Definitely need to get the right authorities on them!
