Absolutely the worst I ve experienced in a Casino/Hotel. It took about an hour to find parking and to complete checkin . I was given the completely wrong room . Went back to lobby for an additional 30 min wait for the staff to tell me the rooms we select is not guaranteed even booking it three weeks in advance on their website . Spoke to the manager who was completely useless and wouldn t even look at my confirmation that stated it was confirmed and all. Will never be coming back to Tropicana and recommend you do not either.
