I always dread the car buying process, but I have to say I would highly recommend DCH Paramus Honda. I came in having a good idea of what I wanted, and a good idea of what I wanted to pay.

Worked primarily with Josh Park, who took us for a test drive. After that we talked numbers, and quickly agreed upon a very fair price based on the internet research (ie, Truecar) I had done beforehand. Very little waiting around, none of the shadiness I've experienced elsewhere. From there, Josh and team (Michael Lee - manager, Dee Mustafa - finance, Laura Santos - delivery) went out of their way to work together in moving the process along as quickly as possible. All four were extremely professional, helpful, and friendly.

We were in and out in under three hours - a great experience and am very happy with my new Accord!
