In reply to Alia Farrag your friend told you befor...

In reply to Alia Farrag your friend told you before you even walked up to the counter that you would be charged a late fee, so you came at me ready to argue. You signed a contract stating on the first you would be charged if tuition was not paid by the end of the previous month. Then there were signs posted in several place around the gym (front door, above the counter, bathroom doors, etc) a week and a half before then end of the month stating tuition is due and you will be charged a late fee on the 1st. I do not have to verbally tell you that you re being charged that amount is right there on the machine for you to see, you chose not to pay attention. I m not there to hold your hand, I m very busy and need to get the payment and go to the next person. You got what you wanted I waive the fee this time and you sat down. You and your friend came back again trying to argue some more. I maybe customer service but that does not mean I have to keep beating a dead horse with you when I have work to do. And the customer is not always right you signed a contract and signs were posted not my fault if you are not paying attention!

In reply to the review from Tetyana Levchenru.... As the person you are referring to, the parent your child was running into and kicking while climbing over the seats and cubbies would beg to differ. I wouldn't seem rude to you or your children if you actually did your job as a parent and kept them under control. So if me telling them to sit down and stop running or climbing makes me a bad person so be it! It's for they safety of the others in the area as well as your children. If anything you owe the other parents an apology for the way your kids act around them instead of bashing me and the gym, for doing your job!!!
