The only good thing about it is it s location.

The heat was broken on the entire third floor including my room and they did not let any guests know before hand - it was 14*C all night in my room and I had to turn the shower on to heat the room.

Further, the in room clock alarm went off at 12am because house keeping does not check that which sounded like a fire alarm.

The rooms are extremely noisy as they face a bar/bus depot and you can heat everything and everyone talking below.

Also the room is very small and dated / had 2 light bulbs burnt out / felt dingy.

The hotel would not offer ANY reimbursement or even an apology for the heat being off and all the guests on the 3rd floor freezing and actually thought it was funny - not what I would expect for 450+ a night.

Avoid this place at all cost.
