I had THE best experience with Joe in the service ...

I had THE best experience with Joe in the service department. I didn't have an appointment but I had a screw in my tire & was losing air pressure fast. While i was waiting for it to be fixed, I remembered that I needed an oil change. I was.told that they wouldn't be able to do it then & to make an appointment for the next day. I did but when my car was finished, Joe told me he'd already had it done. I was so surprised & extremely thankful. He was awesome.
