Rooms and buildings are dirty, the floors especially are covered with lint. There was nothing in the minibar, the water view I paid over $350 for per night was subpar and had an incredibly loud A/C system that drowned out any of the ocean s natural sounds. The room does NOT look like photos provided and despite confirmation with the agent I spoke to over the phone for booking, they did not provide breakfast in the package. We had to wait an entire hour just to check in to be in a subpar hotel room with dirty floors, dirty bathroom, and barely any lights. Feels dim and cavelike. I wish I could get a refund. My husband and I spent what little pocket money we had on this trip because it is supposedly a luxury and quality hotel. Definitely not. Please look somewhere else if you re looking for a good experience.
