They are discriminatory based on silly things like marital status and try to split up families that don't have that. They will check more then the policy, won't allow outside food and supplies. The staff are treating people as inferior if the director isn't around. There is suspicion that the staff may be stealing from "clients". They also treat folks like dirt, and it is very akin to being in jail with the restrictions. They are also mentally abusive towards the "clients". They also don't check donations to the point that things like needles and other questionable things end up being unknowingly handed to "clients" in coat pockets. There is also suspicion that the staff is all the good reviews on here. There is definitely infestation of pest bugs (bed bugs and lice at the moment). I have this on authority of folks who have needed to make use of their services. If you can, go almost anywhere else.
