Admittedly the best service I've received from a Marriott in Malaysia in all of my stays. From the Front Desk/Concierge team, to the Executive Lounge team and Engineering/Security staff, I felt more welcomed here as a guest than at St Regis Kuala Lumpur, even with fully booked rooms. I only had an air conditioning issue and was promptly fixed at 1am. Congratulations to the team and thank you for the great stay. Fully recommended.
