I cancelled my service with Primus as they were unable to to upgrade my internet within a reasonable period of time. I received my bill and they charged me for the upgraded internet that I never received. I called Customer Service and they told me to pay the bill so I do not go into their accounts receivable and they will be crediting me back at the end of month (final bill). I took this rep at his word and paid my bill back in May, to this day I have not received my refund. I have called multiple times and each time the reps have told me that the refund is in the mail. Primus has had $161.35 of my money since May and has not refunded a penny. Each time I call its a fight of me explaining I never received upgraded internet and should not be billed for it. Stay away from this company unless you like being ripped off and long hold times.
