I brought my Pilot in for its first oil change, mentioned I ran into problem with my seat belt. No problem said Carl we will take over to have that looked at first, it will take a little longer are you OK with that? I replied yes and went over to have breakfast at the Whataburger. Within minutes they identified the problem was a safety issue and ordered a replacement belt and also gave me a vehicle until the part arrived and was successfully installed. I have to say Honda was forthright with every aspect of my safety which they placed first. I have always had good experiences with the service team and I am impressed with the fact Honda cares. Thank you!!
