Horrible place!!!! Do not ever stay in this place ...

Horrible place!!!! Do not ever stay in this place !! it's a nightmare!!! The employees give a very bad service: we had to leave in the middle of the night because some people were in the hall of second floor screaming and laughing as if no one else was around sleeping. We called the reception to complain about the excessive noise and they ignored the complaint, I had to get out of bed to go directly and personally to the reception to complain to say that some people upstairs and the Reception told me that the security said there was no one outside pfffff I had to take a picture with my phone to show that if there were people outside screaming because the security did not want to go! When I ask for my refund to go to another hotel at the reception, the receptionist told me that they cannot give me the complete refund, when I am having damages and losses without being able to sleep with a headache due to excessive stress and the terrible service provided by the employees !! To top it off, trying to sleep, the alarm rang alone, crazy thing, and it turned off alone and dialed 3 times the phone alone towards reception !! Crazy hotel, worst experience in the world !!!
