I was very satisfied with my service experience. I thought the car needed a brake job. Instead, it was diagnosed as a bad wheel bearing. The service advisor recommended I only replace the wheel bearing on this visit, because the brakes did not need replacing yet. Had a brake job been done, I would have never known that the brakes weren't the problem. I appreciate this type of honesty from First Texas Honda.
