A year ago I found out that the vehicle I bought from Breeden Dodge was having some trouble with the cruise control engaging on its own,

When I took it to them and explained what happened and referenced a article that directly point out this issue with the car they acted as if they didn t believe me, even though they New about the article.

They had me drop it off and said they would check it out and get it back to me in a few days,
Since I paid thousands of dollars for a warranty I was sure all would be fine . However after checking in with them to check the status on my car a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Nobody had an answer, like they have just heard of it just then.

All the while I had been renting a car to get back and forth to work, making my payments on the car and warranty, regular things we all do . When I finally got my car back after several return visits and no phone calls from them, it s still completely screwed up..

I tried to get them to make it right they refused and insisted I was a liar,

The truth is that I bought a warranty and a car that was suppose to be safe for my family and others on the road ..

The truth is that when I asked them what do I do if this car malfunctions and someone gets hurt? They had no comment..,

Today a year later since I got it back from them dirty out of gas and not repaired in any way. My cruise control on the vehicle that I previously asked them to repair or replace has gone completely out and the car is now unsafe to drive for me, pedestrians and others in traffic.

There is nothing I can do but pay for any repairs out of pocket because the thousands of dollars I ve paid in warranty fees do not apply to real world problems, as they never reimbursed me for car rental which was promised should we have any trouble and one of the factors in purchasing the warranty,

I m afraid I cannot recommend this dealer to anyone who cares for the welfare and safety of Any pedestrians, parents, children or themselves,
