Unfortunately they overpromised and underdelivered...

Unfortunately they overpromised and underdelivered as far as the service experience goes. It took 2 days to do the repair and they were not communicative enough in terms of status updates during the process. It also took longer to pick up my car once I checked out than it should have... they gave me a ride to the service center for the pickup so they could have had my car pulled up in advance. I trust their work so I will go back, but wish the experience were more premium
