Brian Hilgeman.. my oh my. I had to remind myself that I was not, in fact, involved in some sort of hostage situation you d watch on an episode of The Twilight Zone. Perfect example of how doing business with a car salesman is the equivalent of a full-rectal examination. I did attempt to contact the General Manager about a concern I had but I was ignored. But hey... thanks for the Jeep! But thanks for nothing else.

I did contact you a week before I wrote this review and received no response. After posting this review you responded not to my message, but publicly to my review and said to contact you and you would respond the same day. Well... you lied. For that, I m giving you 1 star instead of 3. Shame on you!
