If I could rate 0 stars I would. I went into the Audi store today and all the employee s sat on their phones for 20 minutes and then finally one asked if I needed help I asked where the Q5 s were and they just pointed and sat back down. VERY poor customer service and I will be driving to Minneapolis to buy my next Audi.
