I did not expect to buy a Honda on Friday but I ended up driving out of there with a 2015 Honda Civic with an excellent price. The atmosphere of the dealership was extremely pleasant. It seemed like the people who worked there loved their job and enjoyed each other's company. That made me feel more at ease. The dealer I worked with, Siam Erzuah, was an extremely easy-going guy and he felt incredibly sincere unlike other sales people I've dealt with before. I felt he was honestly trying to work to help me out than line his pockets. He explained everything very well and asked me what my driving needs were and pointed me in the right direction. Additionally, he helped me turn in my PT Cruiser (never going Chrystler AGAIN) but since I hadn't planned to buy anything, I hadn't had a chance to clean it out. Really, my old car was embarrassingly messy! Siam and his trainee (sorry forgot your name!) spent about 30 minutes helping me clean it out in the freezing cold. That is really the extra mile they didn't have to go but yet they did with smiles on their faces. He really understood that being a salesperson is not just about selling the wares but developing relationships.

Special call out to the financing department! Sorry, I forgot your name too but she was very easy to work with and very clear on explaining everything and answering questions.

I really recommend this dealership if you're interested in Hondas. It was a much more pleasant experience than my previous one purchasing the Cruiser.
