WORST Dealership I have ever dealt with. A month and a half into the purchase of my vehicle (which I LOVE) and still have no registration. I am attempting to register my vehicle out of state and was told that they "do this all the time" and that "It won't be a problem". First of all, they charged me VA state tax which they should not have, secondly I have been called back in 3 times to sign/redo paperwork and now I am attempting to take actions into my own hands and they are unable to provide me the documentation I need. I am on my 2nd temp pass, and have been threatened that they will not provide another (their fault I am on the 2nd and may need a 3rd). I have been in contact with the GM who says he is sorry but hasn't been of much help getting everything corrected. I have written reviews on FB and YELP and now here. I hope no one else has to go through the difficulties I have gone through. Not to mention the hours upon hours I have spent in the dealership waiting for assistance. Their customer service is horrid and a major overhaul is needed. I will deal with them for the items I must and then I will find else where for services and questions regarding my vehicle.
