We are Airbnb hosts with a super-host rating. We were hoping to meet a few people and perhaps get a tour of the headquarters building. They have no record of hosts available and treated us no better than if we were total strangers off the street. We were directed to the cafeteria which wasn't even part of the same organization which was weird. A disappointment.
