I want to give a shout-out to Jordan McFedders for "saving my life" in getting my UPLIFT DESK back in service after my recent move. This was a three-year old desk...no users' manual...no real idea even when I bought it, much less receipt...you get the idea. My hopes weren't all that high, but Jordan calmed me down, found my account, and sent me detailed instructions on what I needed to do. Twenty minutes was all it took and I' was back in business!
