As a woman it s always intimidating to walk into a dealership to inquire about a car. But I was so pleasantly surprised with the professionalism, knowledge and care that all the staff showed from the moment we walked in through the doors, all the way to the day I picked up my new car! In one word, my experience with this dealership was AMAZING!!! When we first walked in we met Kalen, who gave us some initial information and was very polite and professional. He then connected us with Colleen.... let me tell you about Colleen...there are too many wonderful words I could use to describe her but this review would be way too long!!! She was patient when listening to what my needs in a vehicle are, and very respectful when discussing my budget for a new car. Not once did I feel pressured to buy one vehicle over an other, nor was there any pressure to sign right away (we all have experienced that pushy type of service in the past at other dealerships, but not at this one!!). She has a positive, sweet and honest nature that made me feel comfortable dealing with her......then there is Nicole, she is hilarious but very professional at the same time...she thoroughly explained our financing options and allowed us to make decisions without trying to push a sale . I'm looking forward to driving my new Cherokee and dealing with the service department when I get servicing done on my vehicle. I definitely recommend for anyone interested in a Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep to just walk through Fraser Chrysler s doors and you will not be disappointed!
